Evan Olav Naees popularly known as Evan Ross is an American actor and musician. Starting with his debut in 2006 with ATL, he has starred in several films. Some of his notable appearance is as Amare in Life Support in 2007, Dre in 96 Minutes in 2011, Tariq Mahdi in Mooz-lum in 2010 and Messalla in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – part 1 and 2 in 2014 and 2015 respectively.

Evan Ross was born on 26 Aug 1988 in Connecticut USA. He is 6 feet 1 inch high, dark complexioned and well built. His father Arne Næss Jr was businessman and mountaineer and mother Diana Ross was an entertainer.
Arne Næss Jr was of German and Norwegian origin and Diana Ross is African-American. They got divorced in 2000. Ross has one full brother and three maternal half sisters. His father was killed in 2004 in a climbing accident.
He had begun dating singer Ashlee Simpson in 2013. They got engaged in January 2014 and married on 30th August 2014 in Connecticut. He is now married to Ashlee Simpson since 2014. Career: Evan Ross began his acting career with ATL (released in March 2006). In ATL he played the drug dealer named Anton Swan who sells drugs for a local drug dealer. Ross received enthusiastic reviews for his role as a troubled teenager in Life Support (released in 2007). He played the role of a kid (Amare McCarter) with HIV-AIDS. He is rejected by his sister Tanya and forced to sell his medication in order to survive.
Later in Pride he played the role of Reggie who is good-natured teenager who is unable to speak due to a speech disorder.

He is now filming the role of Aaron in Buckout Road (2017).
He has also played several roles in TV series including Marco in Girlfriends (2008), Charlie Selby in 90210, Diver Hawkes in Wicked City (2015) and Dallas Austin in CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story.
